After graduating with dual engineering degrees, Jim spent over 12 years in various project management and business analyst roles, before transitioning over to the agency world. Jim then excelled as a senior producer for Digitas in Detroit and eventually transitioned into the same role at AbelsonTaylor in Chicago. The agency then promoted Jim to Manager of Quality Assurance and tasked him with building a new quality assurance group from the ground-up.

Accomplished software engineer, manager, and interactive developer with experience in small dotcom startups, agencies, and large public companies. Michael has a personal passion for quality assurance and has been responsible for QA teams in the current and previous roles.


Kt McBratney has spent a decade in the marketing trenches, from creative to in-house strategy to PR for corporations, not-for-profits and agencies, including building the QA, production and client services arms at Phenomblue, mostly recently as Vice President and General Manager of the agency’s LA office.

Aside from quality assurance, her passions are brands, pop culture and cheeseburgers.
